All custom jewelry requests are subject to approval by our expert craftsmen. Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, the following applies:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
• Production times may vary based on design complexity and material availability.
• Once production has commenced, custom pieces cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

3. Pricing And Payments

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. All payments must be received in full prior to shipping. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping And Delivery

Non-jewelry items and non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within our standard return window, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original documentation.
